Hi Friends, hope you don’t get tired of seeing my dog paintings. These are a couple of commissions I just completed. Oils on 8”x 10”canvases.
Also a reminder that this weekend is Showcase of Arts at the Cincinnati Women’s Art Club in Mariemont Ohio. Saturday is 10-4 and Sunday in noon to 4. Show is larger this year as the upstairs has been renovated to make more room.
I have mentioned it before but I paint with two painting groups, one on Monday and one on Tuesday. I chair the Monday group and occasionally I bring in a still life set up for the group. I took this one in last Monday, I thought it was the perfect Fall set up. I tried to stay loose and did develop the little scarecrow guy but hopefully not too much. This is water mixable oils on linen, 11”x 14” Hope you are enjoying Fall.
