Northminster Fine Art Fair

Hi Friends, if you live in the Cincinnati area and you own or have ever wanted to own a piece of my art check this out. I will be doing the Northminster show again this year and this time I am cleaning out my studio.  Almost everything I take will be half off. I’m very prolific and create a lot of art and I would like to move out what I have and make room to create more. Commissions

Hi Friends, hope you don’t get tired of seeing my dog paintings.  These are a couple of commissions I just completed.  Oils on 8”x 10”canvases.

Also a reminder that this weekend is Showcase of Arts at the Cincinnati Women’s Art Club in Mariemont Ohio.  Saturday is 10-4 and Sunday in noon to 4.  Show is larger this year as the upstairs has been renovated to make more room. 

Painted a still life

I have mentioned it before but I paint with two painting groups, one on Monday and one on Tuesday.  I chair the Monday group and occasionally I bring in a still life set up for the group.  I took this one in last Monday, I thought it was the perfect Fall set up.  I tried to stay loose and did develop the little scarecrow guy but hopefully not too much.  This is water mixable oils on linen, 11”x 14”  Hope you are enjoying Fall. 

Santas

Hi there!  It’s the time of year that I start painting Santas for upcoming shows. I painted these two last night, Golden Open acrylics on 4”x 4” deep canvases. I’ll be doing the Showcase of Arts in December at the Cincinnati Women’s Art Club in Mariemont.  Have a wonderful day.

Cincinnati Women’s Art Club member show

Hi Friends, I thought I would share this piece with you. This painting is hanging at the Cincinnati Women’s Art Club in Mariemont Ohio until the end of the month.  Every fall they have a members show and each member gets to exhibit one piece. It is oil and is painted on a 10” x 20” canvas, I like this rectangle format.  If you live in the area stop down and check out the show.

Lakota West Art Show
