I purchased this little clock off of Ebay for a still life prop, I'll be painting it a lot. This is a bit different for me, the background color and the first time to try to paint lace. I also painted refections of the ironstone pitcher. I wasn't sure I liked the color of the background but I thought because it looked a bit sepia toned and with the old things I thought maybe it worked.
