I had fun painting this, the reference image was taken at a Renaissance festival. I used a palette knife to put on the head piece. This is oil on a 8 x 10 stretched canvas.
Thanks everyone for critiquing my last post, I really appreciate your input. I know I will be darkening the area around the dangling foot but I just have to get in there to decide what other changes I may make.
