Hello there, I painted this last week mostly on location. Several of us met at Gorman farm, a wonderful old farm that was donated to the city years ago. They have programs for children, wonderful gardens and lots of farm animals. We sat up down below the old house, I just love the stone house to the right and all of the interesting additions to the main house. I did make changes this time when I brought it home, removed some trees, took out a fence and a chimney. This is oil on a 8 x 10 stretched canvas.

Thank you Crystal, I am always working to create soft edges.
A wonderful job on this plein air, Barbara! I also especially loved the previous post on the teacup.
Thanks Dean, glad you like the teacup too, I really enjoyed painting that one.
