Hi there, This was painted from a reference photo I took last summer while out camping. Not exactly sure where it is but isn't it lovely? lol I need to title my photos because so many areas look similar. This is oil on a 8 x 10 stretched canvas.
Cooling off here much too quickly, we had hoped to camp a few more times this fall but Mother Nature is fighting us, lol. I wanted to get out and paint some fall colors too but the leaves are coming down fast . Excuses, excuses, right? Too hot, too cold, I just want things perfect. Good luck with that, right?

Nice painting, Barbara. I am currently camped out at my daughter's in PA near Franklin area (west side near I-80) I got down to paint at Fisherman's Cove yesterday and hope to finish by tomorrow. Was great to get out, but getting cold earlier in the day!!
