Geraniums
Hi! Well I painted geraniums once again, what can I say I love them. This was painted from a set up, oil on a 11 x 14 stretched canvas. The background started out a light shade of green and as you can see it evolved into this darker color.
We had a model at my Monday painting group this morning. Such fun, our model was such a lovely young gal and did a great job of sitting still. I'm still tweaking it a bit but will post it soon. Next Monday we are painting Christmas still lifes, hoping to get a painting I like for my Christmas cards this year.

Happy Thanksgiving to you all!

Great job, Barbara! Have a wonderful Thanksgiving! Enjoy.
Hi Hilda, Thank you so much, glad you like it. Happy Thanksgiving to you and yours. <3
I love your geraniums, Barbara! Year after year, I am amazed at how hardy geraniums are right up until it snows--heh, which is what we need here in Ohio, huh? I look forward to seeing the model painting.
Thank you Diane. It is amazing how long our geraniums hold up, just cleaned out my pots today. Now we have to put up with our long winter. Actually I wouldn't live anywhere else. Happy Thanksgiving
Lovely flowers.
Hi there Bill, Thank you so much.
