Hello there! I painted this recently from a photo from Wetcanvas, I cropped this little gal out of a photo. Wetcanvas is a nice site for artists. It's free, there are forums to discuss different mediums and subjects, you can post paintings to be critiqued and they have a photo library of uncopyrighted photos you can use to paint from.
This is oil on a 8 x 10 stretched canvas and I love that little bit of warm light running up the inside of her arm.

Thank you so much Dean for commenting. So nice to get some feedback on this piece as I plan on entering it in a competition. It does look better in person but I am still looking at the background trying to decide if it needs more work.
