My Daughter's Converse
Hi, I borrowed these shoes from my daughter, I got it in my head several weeks ago that I had to paint them, lol. She just moved so as soon as she got settled into her new place I managed to slip them away from her. Back in high school she had several pair of these in different colors and she has a couple of them yet today and I loved the purple ones. I still have them so I may try them again, this is oil on a 8 x 10 stretched canvas.
We had a good night Friday at our Pendleton studio, we sold a total of 7 paintings and one was mine, woo hoo. Eight of us have decided to renew the lease and go on for another year. I was hesitant about it but one year isn't really long enough for a new business.
Check out some of my paintings on Ebay
Have a wonderful day!

VERY nice! I like the colors and your composition.
Great combination of color.
Thanks so much Linda. I had a yellow background and changed to green, I think that improved it. Adjust, adjust, that's painting isn't it? hehe
Thank you so much Jennifer and thank you for taking time to comment. :)
