Hello, Well I thought I would try another one of Karin Jurick's challenge photos. My first night time scene, hope it feels like that. This is in oil on a 8 X 10 canvas panel. It always amazes me all of the different ways we choose to paint the same subject. I cropped it and tried to paint it loosely, took me about 2 hours. Hope you like it.

A fine job, Barbara! That's close to the same crop as I chose.
Your image came off extremely well...no glare to be seen. I had some glare problems on mine.
Thanks so much Dean. I just went and scrolled through the site and it looks like a lot of artist's cropped like we did. That was because it was the best crop, lol. I have been using a daylight lamp to shoot my photos, maybe that helped with the glare problem.
Love it Barb - you did a great job. I finished mine last night - I was slow to get started but it came together.
