Somewhere in Europe?

Hi there, I painted this a couple of weeks ago from a reference photo from Wetcanvas. I cropped the image some and here is my result. This is oil on a 8 x 10 stretched canvas, I am showing it in a wood framed with a gold crackled finish from Dick Blick. This will be listed on Ebay tonight if you are interested in purchasing it.
I am heading back out tomorrow to paint, meeting some of my group at a park near here. It was so enjoyable last time, perfect temperature, no bugs and very little wind. Have to take advantage of this nice spring weather while it's here.

I'll post my painting soon from Susan Carlin's workshop, it was such a nice day. She is a wonderful teacher and such a nice person. If you have never taken an online workshop you should consider it if you get the opportunity.

It looks so peaceful there, Barbara. I've seen some info. about Susan Carlin's workshop and it has intrigued me. I think I need to learn more. Thanks for sharing.

Hi Carol, Thanks. Susan has had two workshop so far and I took them both. The first was on a still life and the second was a portrait workshop. She works with oils so if you get into those oils a bit more you should try one when she has another one. There is a link to her blog here on my page.
