The Williams House-plein air

Hello there, This is one of the paintings I did recently in town plein air. The sun came out of the clouds just before it set and I had a wonderful orange glow in the windows. This one was done on Church St. in Mason, this house belongs to the Williams. I showed the completed painting to them and they are going to purchase it once it dries for a bit. A gorgeous old home, just had it 100th year anniversary. This is oil on a 8 x 10 stretched canvas. Enjoy your weekend! SOLD

This is really beautiful Barbara! I love your houses, as you know. They tell so much about your country. And well done on the Cincinnati Art Museum! That's fantastic!

Nice handling of some tough roof angles. I also like the varied bushes along the house.
