Hello! Well I painted my old coffee grinder again, instead of looking down on it I set it up to look straight on. This is oil on a 8 x 10 stretched canvas. I took the photo with the painting framed this time, I think sometimes these dark paintings I do need to be shown in a frame. I always have said "frames are jewelry for our art" , that wonderful accent that you add at the end. I always love tucking them into a frame to see how they look.

Very nice, Barbara. Where do you find those wide frames. I've looked online and locally and just don't seem to find them. They are great for small art like I do.
Hi Carol, I purchase them through Dick Blick online. This one is 3" wide and is called Simplon and it comes in lots of different finishes. I like them because they are solid wood and your hardware attaches with no problems.
I was going to ask that same question :) I am needing some frames as well. I do like this view of your coffee grinder, and a s always beutifully done. I also love the bucket and jug painting previous to this one. The combination of such different textures really takes that one an extra mile!
