My plein air paintings from Milford, Ohio

Hi, These are the 2 paintings I did last Saturday at the OPAS event in Milford Ohio. I had several nice comments on them but neither sold. They are oil on 6 X 6 Raymar panels and it was fun working on this small canvas. It was a fun day, great weather and nice people.

I just went camping the last few days and I painted outside one evening by the lake after dark. It was such a pleasant experience and I had a full moon looking down on me. Still need to tweek that one a bit and then maybe I'll share it with you.

Please enter your email in my "Google Group" box to receive my posts in your email.

Have a wonderful day and thank you for visiting, I appreciate it so much and love your comments.

Patriotic residents there, huh? Both of these are great Barb. I really like the white house. It is a definite challenge to paint so small, but fun too!

Thanks Debra. The flags is what drew me to both of these places and I loved the window boxes on the one. It was fun to paint these, I held them in my hand most of the time while painting.

Love your post and these paintings are excellent. It's so hard to believe all the great details in such a small canvas. Beautifully done!! I also love your bunny!! too cute!

Thank you Hilda, you are so sweet. I have painted hundreds of 8 x 10 so this doesn't seem that small. I'm so happy you like them.

These are so sweet Barb. I can't believe they are 6x6. I can't imagine putting that much information in such a small space! You did a grand job of it. I like the flower boxes on the top one, but like the shadows and lamp on the bottom one.

Thank you Laura, they are a sweet size. They look cute on a easel or shelf. I hope you are feeling well.
