Cornfields

Hello there, I painted this image before , last year at one of my shows and it sold off my easel wet. This is oil on a 8 x 10 stretched canvas.

Check out a few of my paintings on Etsy

Merry Christmas to all of you! Be safe and enjoy the holidays.

Un petit chemin qui pourrait symboliser le passage de l'an 2011 à 2012...
une très jolie peinture.
Gros bisous... je vous souhaite une douce nuit de noël.

I remember this one and love it TWICE! There is always something appealing about the "road to somewhere". It allows for the imagination to fill in the destination. Love it!

So lovely Barb. I love the soft colors...I just want to walk down that road!

This reminds me of my farm this past summer, as I was shut-off from the outside world by the corn grown on our fields by the crop farmer; it was a very peaceful feeling. My driveway also is a long lane with a tree on the left side just before coming to the house.
Beautiful, thanks for the memory :)
Also wishing you a very happy, productive, painterly New Year!

Thanks so much for your comment on my blog, Barbara. Glad I stopped by to see your wonderful work - this one with the road disappearing into an inviting distance is so well done - no wonder it sold so quickly. Happy New Year to you and happy painting!
