Madison Indiana

Hello, I changed out the design of my blog, went to this simple black background. Do you like it? I thought it showed my art better than a light background.

This painting is on a 8 x 10 Raymar panel, my favorite surface to paint on. This was painted from a reference photo I took in a very quaint little town called Madison Indiana. I did most of it with a palette knife. My focus was the orange church steeple sticking up behind the row of little businesses.

Please check out some of my artwork on Ebay~ I have several unframed paintings for sale at a great price, cleaning out the old studio once again. Never ending, lol

Thank you so much for visiting!

Love this painting and love the new blog design! The paintings show up really well on a dark background and the slideshow featuring your work is a great idea!

Thanks Maria, That is great to hear, I know when I frame in black frames the art really pops. The slide show has been there a while. See, you didn't notice it before, lol.
