Charming old house

Hi!  Sorry I haven't posted lately but I have been very busy.  I have been painting though.  This was painted a few weeks ago, most of it was done on location plein air.  This is oil on a 8" x 10" RayMar panel.

Old homes always make good subjects...this is a lovely house, Barbara!!! I love the pink flowers as well!
