Hello there, I painted another landscape yesterday when I joined my Monday morning painting group. Another cloudy sky like the last painting, like painting those clouds. Spring is finally arriving here in Ohio, flowers are in bloom. I'll probably venture outside before too long to paint. Have a good day. Barb

Another nice landscape. If you would indulge my comments...perhaps you could add more atmosphere into the background of the painting thus adding more depth. By atmosphere I mean adding a light touch of blue as the land goes back. Maybe a glaze of blue into the greens. Just in the upper farthest away parts. Things blue due to the atmosphere as they recede into the distance. Things also reflect the sky on their tops. Happy painting in Ohio!
Hi Debra, I did add more blue to the distant trees but maybe they need to more blue yet. Probably would be interesting to see the sky reflecting in the roof of the house too. Thanks for the taking the time to critique me, I really appreciate your help. Barb

Thank you so much Kathryn, that means a lot to me. I'm trying so hard to improve and sometimes things work. It sure isn't one of those things where eventually you've got it down, it will always be a challenge I'm sure. Barb
