Oil , 16 X 20- Working on a name

Hi there, I painted this over the weekend, did a few touches to it last night and I think I'm finished. This may be one I enter into that juried show, I think I'm pretty happy with it. I should have taken progress pictures, I keep meaning to do that. Any ideas for possible names? I thought about Collectibles or Old Things...

Jewels Among the Treasures?

Aunt Emma's Favorites?

Titles are the hardest part, don't you think?

Thank you Susan, I like those. I'm glad you stopped by, I've enjoyed your blog especially the painting video. Barb

Nice Barb, It is crowded, but it works.
Titles are hard sometimes. Maybe it is because I get into the creative and visual painting part and when I have to switch over to words my brain freezes up.
Collectables and Old Things don't account for the fruit. Susan's suggestion of Jewels Among the Treasures is nice.
How is that painting of the woman and boys coming along?

Hi Frank, I'm glad you like it, it does have a lot of elements but I felt I wanted to do that. I haven't started that other painting yet, I did switch things from right to left and printed up the photo, is that progress, lol???

How does the composition work flipped? Better, worse or the same?

I think it's better, I may move the people around too. Put the boy with the wagon behind the woman and do away with the other boy, how's that sound? Thank you again for your input.

That might work well. Try a few pencil sketches to see how it would look..

Very nice painting! I especially think you did a great job on the blue and white pitcher.

Thank you Connie, I love blue and white anything. I thought I was finished with it but I'm changing the apples to oranges, maybe I'll post it again. Barb
