Peasant Girl

Hello,  I painted this looking at a painting of Alexi Alexeivich Harlamoff's painting of a Peasant Girl.  Mine is different but I loved his and used it for inspiration.  This is oil on a 11 X 14 Raymar panel.  Different subject,  I hung several pieces in a show that is up for the month and I sold two pieces at the reception last night :)  New art supplies, woo hoo.

Hi Pattie, Nice to see you and thanks for the nice comment. Sales are great, I would paint without them but sure feels good. :)

Congratulations Barbara! May there be many more sales in the days to come!
This painting is truly beautiful. You always get such a lovely delicacy to your portraits that I truly envy.
