A big one

Hi, I decided to paint a big one, lol. 8 X 10 seemed large compared to the 5 X 7's I have been doing. This is for paint the town though. I painted there today, first official day. Wow, it was hot. I did complete two little ones on site, one of the house paintings I did today I think the owner may buy. On Sunday we have a two hour paint sale and on Saturday I am painting in a garden in the same town for something called Art in the Garden.

I like this one Barb - you are really going to town with these. BTW I like the new blog format.

What a beautiful house - the owners would be daft not to buy this.

Hi Liz, "daft", love that word, lol. I guess my write up is confusing, this isn't the house but a neat old building that is a restaurant. But the house is great too, lol.

Hi Barb!BillspaintingMN here, Thought I'd leave a comment that these paintings have the charm of "small town" America.
What a fun thing to do. I hope to
see "Art in the Garden" Thanks!

A very nice piece Barbara. I also like the church steeple above. After 5x7s, 8x10 seems huge. Probably need help lifting it onto the easel.

Where have I been?! These "paint the town" paintings are just wonderful! You pack a big painting into a small space, my friend. Bravo.
