Beagle, 2nd posting same day

Hey again, Are you impressed, two postings in one day. I just painted this little guy and I thought I'd go ahead and throw it on. I had fun painting him, maybe I should do more animals. It's a 6 X 8, oil on a canvas panel. See you soon.

Beautiful painting Barb! My favorite that I have seen of yours. LOve his look but technically it looks great too. Love the focus on the face and the legs a little looser.

Looks like the new camera is working well for you.

Hi Frank, Thank you so much, love the positive feedback. I think I'm loving my new camera, did you see how big it zooms up when you click on the photo, wow. A new toy. Glad you're back and enjoyed your trip. Barb

Well, lookie THERE. I have to echo Frank here. You were fearless with deeper values and it turned out great. Can you hear me shouting and clapping from Texas?! Wah HOOOO!

Hi Barb. You do have a big image there. The clarity is what I noticed.
The size is something you can adjust on the computer first. I size mine at about 10 or 12 width to get it big but not have to scroll.
Do you know how to do that?

Nice job, Barb! I like the contrast you have achieved...nice darks. The front of the dog advances well when compared to the great looser treatment of the rest.
Keep it up!

Hi again Frank, No I don't know how to re-size the photo. I know when I post it on the blog I can choose an image size, could choose a smaller size there if that would help. I'm technically challenged, lol.

Hi Dean, I'm so happy everyone seems to like this piece, I posted it on WetCanvas and they like it there too, lol. I may never post another piece, it might just be downhill from here. "Thanks folks and goodnight" LOL

Barb--I join the chorus in this. Nicely done, especially for less than a day of work. Jack
