Watching the Girls Go By

Hi there! This is painted on a 11 x 14 canvas painted from a reference photo I took last summer. I loved the little girl with the tube. The sea gull wasn't there but I thought it added some humor to it.

Starting work on a painting for a show called "Red" in February. I like the theme it really leaves it open to so many possibilities.

Check out some of my paintings on Ebay

Good of you to visit me :)

At first glance, I thought this must be from your Florida trip last winter. I am so envious of the couple who received your lovely boat painting. I can always count on you to paint something that evokes a nostalgic feeling. Thanks for sharing! :)

Thank you Debra. This was taken at a lake near here with a beach. The people were there but I changed the background, artist license, lol.

I'm with the majority in liking that bird. Also like the head of the girl in the black shirt. Not sure why it is so appealing - it just reads right!
